Coconut Oil Workout Snacks

Filled with coconut oil, chia seeds and more, here’s a workout snack to refuel with—and to savor!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1⁄2 Cup Raw Chia Seeds
  • 1 Scoop of Multi Metabolite Immune
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw, Unheated Honey (Optional)
  • Use Organic, Non-GMO Ingredients Whenever Possible

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into candy molds and freeze for an hour. Serve and savor!


SERVES: 8-10 | Time: 1hour 15 minutes
